The Team
Two Locations, One Team: With the addition of Great Lakes Veterinary Surgical Center in Grand Rapids, we now offer specialized orthopedic procedures including TPLO and fracture repairs.
We are a strong team with a focused and fun culture.

Our Team:
- 30-35 employees total
- Mixed and small animal vets
- 1–2 orthopedic surgeons
- 1–2 technicians per doctor
- 3–4 additional DVMs + 5 assistants per day

We’re open to both experienced vets and new grads.
Surgical experience is a plus—but not required. We offer hands-on training and continuing education to help you develop advanced surgical capabilities.

Your Opportunity
- Starting Salary: $100–110K (no production-based pay)
